COFDM Telemetry Transmitter

The COFDM Telemetry Transmitters are designed to provide a reliable means for data transmission in severe multipath environments such as metropolitan areas.

Typical applications include remote control of PTZ camera, dynamic video link configuration (change channels, power settings, encryption keys etc), and other transmit-site peripheral control.

The transmitter is equipped with 128-bit or 256-bit AES Encryption scheme. It also employs a concatenated coding mechanism (Reed Solomon and Convolutional Codes with interleaving) with specific code lengths making the transmitted packets highly secure.

15 programmable configurations may be set through the transmitter’s RS232 serial interface and then locally selected with a rotary switch accessible through the chassis lid.

This series of transmitters has been designed to withstand harsh environments and is ideal for UAV applications requiring transmission of secure data in a compact, rugged package.
